Jieyang Vertical Plastic Injection Machine with single slider
 

Main features

1. Installs the double pattern in turn slide the JY-ST series. Two stamping dies about skid in a plane, a mold takes shape, a mold does inserts. At the same time, the wring action makes the die can produce products with spiral shape. Because high working safe features, working efficiency can be advanced in a large range. The finished goods are propped up to outside for completion.(Double-mode independent thimble)
2. Material tube can be lifted. It is easy to clean stub bar. It is easy to fix die, standard table specification. Four column vertical compression mold-locked, vertical injection, Chinese/English controller screen display, dualratio pressure, oil flow control, optimized mechanical structure, fluent operation and fast speed.
3. Double slide plate use double mold to slide left and right alternatively ,one mold molding,one mold operating outside,high operation and increase 30%-50% work efficiency
