1). Vertical clamping, vertical injection, suitable for production of general electrical plugs, electronic components & other small insert moldings. With double sliding and rotary table for options, attached with the precision liquid silicone tube.

2). Combine with famous brand pump material feeder, environmental protection, precision and stability.

3). Accurate dosage of silica gel, traces of pigment mixed equally with high viscosity silica gel.

4). Heat shield device, attached with independent temperature controller, fast curing and cross linking of both hydraulic cylinder seal protection. Multi temperature control, multi injection pressure/ speed, back pressure non-stage flexible adjustment, suitable for precision plastic accessories injection.

5).Lower plate fixed/ upper plate movable, provides good positioning for insert in mold. Hydraulic ejector helps taking-off product easily.
